I am not quite Tina Fey.

I'm not quite Tina Fey. (1).png

Once upon a time I passed a note in 9th grade that made Mr. Tupta, who barely had a sense of humor, laugh out loud. Though it was math class, and I got a C, I learned a valuable lesson: Words have power.

A graduate of Carlow University in Pittsburgh, PA, which isn’t the same thing as Chatham University, I never got an MFA because I’m not a showoff. Over the last several decades, I’ve worked at Federated Investors, Elias-Savion Advertising and The Skin Center Medical Spa. I’ve also freelanced at GNC, DICK’s Sporting Goods, Bruster’s Ice Cream and countless other places that you’ve never heard of.

I’ve won an ADDY or two and been a Radio Mercury Awards finalist – Apparently, I’m not a complete hack. I’m also writing a book in my spare time, but so is every writer on the planet.

I have a loving family, who I won’t talk about here other than to say they are smart, funny and very cute. I will mention my dog, Blue, who has no issues regarding his anonymity.

If you want to know more about me, God help you.
